All these 5 star reviews sound very fake. Montevista was dishonest with us on multiple occasions. We were promised fiber internet. We literally didnt have any internet for the first several months after we moved in, and we still dont have fiber 2 years later. They promised to fix multiple things before we closed. Once we closed, they just told us no. One of the houses they built in our neighborhood 2 years ago was just condemned and demolished. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We purchased a Monte Vista home and were impressed with how smooth the process was, with good communication and a quality build. The team we worked with was excellent and answered many questions we had. We are glad we purchased our home through Monte Vista and are enjoying it very much.

Monte Vista constructed and sold us our new home. We have lived here over a year and have loved our home and our experience. From the beginning of our contact, Rumeysa took care of us. She was honest, attentive, and flexible with our meetings and then our closing and move-in. After move-in, James was excellent with every warranty concern and we truly felt like we were taken care of in every way. Thank you for a great experience!

We had a wonderful experience with Monte Vista through the home building process. During the entire process, we were living out of state in California. Although we were a state away, there was great communication, we never felt out of the loop, and everyone at Monte Vista made us feel like part of the process and included us and updated us every step of the way. We were very excited to have our first home built, and the experience through the home building process, as well as the quality of our amazing home had been above and beyond our expectations. We are so happy and thankful that we chose Monte Vista to build our home. The experience with being able to choose the colors and having the options laid out for us was fantastic. I am not a designer, and the color packages were extremely helpful. I highly recommend Monte Vista for building your next home, you won’t regret it!
