We purchased a Woodhill home almost a year ago in Boardman, Oregon. Now when purchasing a new house, you’d think moving in would be a breeze. We ran into cracks in the wall’s, window framing and several other minor issues. I will say some of these issues have been resolved, but it took months and several visits to complete. Scheduling issues due to woodhill not being available conveniently and getting the run around via text and very little to no phone contact. It’s coming up on the year and there are alot of things still needing repaired and now we’re being told they won’t replace or repair due to it not being something they repair. This has become very frustrating. If anyone has had these issues, do you mind sharing how you were able to get your repairs completed? I’d greatly appreciate it, thank you!

Erin was patient, polite and very professional throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions promptly and without hesitation. We just love Isaac being here in the Sagebrook Estates during the week days. He has been our hero in many questions and situations that we didn't understand. He is always eager to help and such a gentleman. He is so helpful with all his knowledge of the homes here in this brand new development. We are so thankful that he is managing this community. We have been completely happy with our woodhill home. We haven't had any issues. Isaac has been amazing! From bringing us touch up paint to making sure our 1 year warranty went flawless. Graham worked hard on getting us a replacement piece for our dishwasher. I would 100% recommend them.
