Just want to give a shout out to Nick with Newcastle Homes. We have lived in our home (Hunters Creek Subdivision) in Trussville for 5 years and whenever we have called they have always answered the phone. This week we tripped a breaker and couldn’t find the ground fault…Nick dropped everything on a Friday afternoon before a holiday to help us locate it.
This is customer service that exceeds all expectations! We have enjoyed this home and our relationship with Newcastle!! Thank you Nick for saving the day!!!

Working with New Castle to build my home was truly a delightful experience. From signing the contract to selecting finishes at the design center, the entire process was smooth and well-coordinated. The team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality made the journey enjoyable. Collaborating with the project manager throughout the construction process was especially rewarding, as communication was clear and every step was handled with care and excellence.

Our new home is exactly what we wanted/needed! Our builder was very communicative throughout the process of building and was quick to act on any concern. Our design was quick and painless and we got exactly what we envisioned. The community is beautiful and quiet and we love it.
