Premium Custom Homes LLC

Great builder. We've. Known Nick for over 20 years and had a great time picking out things for it. We built during COVID so things were somewhat difficult Nick to overcome but it turned out fabulous. Good communication between builder and customer. Would 100% recommend!!!

Premium Custom Homes We had an outstanding experience building our home with Nick and Amy Arndorfer of Premium Custom Homes. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to building a home that fit our family’s needs. We knew we wanted a ranch-style home and were presented with two great options: a true ranch without a walkout or a walkout version of the same layout. Nick and Amy walked us through both options, helping us weigh the pros and cons. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our ideas made the decision process easy and stress-free. Our five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home features an open-concept floor plan—something that was essential for our very active family of six. The layout allows us to spend time together comfortably without ever feeling crowded. The home is solidly built, and every part of it feels intentional and well-designed. One of the biggest positives of our experience was how easy it was to communicate with Nick and Amy. They were accessible, responsive, and always transparent. We’ve heard the horror stories that can come with building a home, but our experience was completely the opposite. Nick personally inspects the homes he builds, ensuring that only high-quality materials and workmanship go into every detail—there are no corners cut. Our finished basement features a dedicated office, a mechanical room, and ample storage space. It’s functional, spacious, and built with care—just like the rest of the house. Every square foot was thoughtfully planned with our family’s lifestyle in mind. If you’re looking for a builder who is honest, thorough, flexible, and deeply invested in building a high-quality home, we highly recommend Premium Custom Homes. Nick and Amy made the entire process enjoyable, and we’re proud to call this house our home.
