Vanity cabinets in bathrooms are too short 30 to 32 inches tall. Should be 36 inches to prevent back strain. No options to select finishes. Master bath has several support handles on every wall which makes narrow shower even more narrow which is mandatory. They should use grey or darker colored grout on shower floor as white can get dingy and show stains after years of use. In some units the washer and dyer is in same room as water heater tank and furnace, should have door separating mechanicals. All units have a percentage of carpet which is not good for people with allergies. No option to not have carpets. Some units have dark floors and cabinets, no option to pick finishes. Lastly it is overpriced. Previously advertised as 300k to 325k.I was asked before viewing, if above was my price point. After my tour, I was informed the sales price was 100k more. There is also a loud continuos noise coming from Rte 50 highway which is rght in front of condos. For 1223 sq feet it should be priced around 300k. The average price per sq ft in Bowie Md for new construction is 244 sq feet. To have a single car garage 81 sq ft wth no windows is an additional 30k. So a unit with a garage they are asking 445k, which is extremely overpriced. Bowie, Md. is not a very convenient place to live. You need a car to go everywhere.It is not worth what they are asking.

Attended a visitors spa day, enjoyed it! I was able to tour, beautiful apartments. I would recommend to seniors in the area.
The home see visited was extremely beautiful floor plan interior on point just needed two car garage, I would recommend anyone to BUY.??????
