I recently contacted Lanca Contracting regarding a residential renovation at my home. From start to finish I could not be more pleased with the whole process. Nathan and Rob responded immediately to my call and listened attentively to my concerns. They provided creative solutions to my issues and made suggestions that I had not considered. A detailed plan and quote was provided in a timely way and the project was started as soon as the frost was out of the ground. All members of the crew were friendly and couldn't do enough to help make the whole experience as stress free as possible. Ross kept me fully apprised of the work as it progressed and was infinitely patient. Disruptions to our daily life were minimal and from start to finish my wife and I could not be more pleased. This was small job in comparison to Lanca's usual projects but it received the careful attention of both Project Manager Rob and President Nathan throughout. We have received many compliments from neighbours and complete strangers who followed the project. I have no hesitation in recommending Lanca Contracting.
