Wallmark completed my new home construction on Aug 2017. I would definitely not recommend this Company to anyone looking to hire a Contractor. The post-completion follow-up was very disappointing. I would strongly suggest to anyone that they should insist on a deficiency hold-back in their Contract . In my case, the street sidewalk was cracked by one of their subs’ trucks driving over it, and the City charged me to repair it. Wallmark refused to reimburse me for this even though this happened during the construction. They also damaged my neighbour’s retaining wall and did nothing to repair that. My concrete yard walk-way surface has deep cracks appearing within a year, but Wallmark would not do anything to remediate this. Also, my attic had started to grow mold due to poor ventilation. I contacted Wallmark within the 2 year warranty period and even reported it to Travellers insurance. However, they BOTH rejected my claim and concluded that mold and condensation in the attic were “normal”. Wallmark has definitely failed me!!

They really focused on overall quality, were good with following the project from start to finish, and were EXCELLENT communicating with us. We chose Wallmark to build our new house after having researched and interviewed many custom home builders, and Wallmark was definitely the right choice. We were very pleased with the quality and work done on our beautiful house. They were supportive throughout the process from beginning to end, and even well after our house was finished. Brad and the entire Wallmark team are very professional. Their comprehensive experience in home building was invaluable as they provided great ideas and solutions to help us stay within our budget. It was wonderful to be able to trust such a large project with Wallmark. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been living in a Wallmark Custom Home for over 20 years. Six years ago Wallmark did an extensive renovation to the interior of my home which was delivered on budget and on time. Recently my home required a new roof, which again, was done within budget and on time. I highly recommend the Wallmark team, and likely will be speaking to them in the next few years when it comes time to downsize. Well done, Wallmark Homes!
