One month post move-in, very happy with the building process and our new home. Laura (consultant), Ricky (construction manager) and Ashley (design) were all very professional, friendly and good with the details. We had third party inspections at the pre-drywall and final stages and had only a few minor issues which were resolved easily. They use foam board sheathing with metal diagonal bracing rather than the more traditional plywood sheathing on the exterior of the framing, but it is structurally sound and should provide additional efficiency. Flooring, cabinetry, drywall, trim and paint were all done with care and attention to details. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC have been problem-free after a few issues were corrected initially. Good experience overall, and happy to recommend them.
We've been in our new BA home for 3 months now and love it! The quality of the construction is high. (We have built 3 homes before with other Twin Cities builders and are pretty picky buyers.) Our sales agent Lisa was a gem to work with....Always very responsive, friendly and professional. Ricky and John have also been very professional and hard-working, and available to help when we ran into minor issues and questions post-move in.My husband and I were very intentional and specific about the upgrades we wanted and were willing to pay for (quieter fans, solid interior doors, real wood flooring, more and bigger windows, etc.) My advice to others considering BA is to know what upgrades are important to you (beyond the "included" items listed on the spec sheet for the model you choose) and work closely with your sales agent and designer to get what you want and need. They will help you build your ideal home!

Brandl were excellent from the beginning meeting our needs along the process of purchasing a model home. Their agent Becca was always available and supportive in the journey towards closing being honest and transparent along the way. We had met with other builders but didn’t feel their product, design layout or value for money matched what we were getting with Brandl.
Editing to add: We have crooked walls, or uneven baseboards. But either way, it shows the quality of our build. Added pics.We moved into our Brandl home 5 months ago, I’ll say that again FIVE MONTHS ago, and we have had issues with leaks, flooring, base boards, paint, walls chipping and overall quality. The materials they use to build and finish their homes are very low quality. The way our walls, baseboards, and the caulking look right now is how I’d expect it to look 5 years after moving into a new built home. I was so excited to build a brand new home for my family and I am so incredibly disappointed with the quality of home we ended up with. They do warranty everything BUT because it’s such low quality materials they have to keep coming back to fix the same things. Soon our warranty will end and we will have to repair our entire home because of their quality. They were the more affordable option and the sales women was wonderful, but we regret choosing them for our builder.
