My husband and I relocated to MN from OR, and during the time it took us to sell our home in OR, we had plenty of time to digitally review the various homes for sale in the Lakeville and surrounding areas. We were constantly impressed with the photos of the One Ten Ten homes and wondered if we might eventually chose one to become our new home.
Well, we are now officially in our One Ten Ten home in Lakeville, and we couldn't be happier. The negotiations process was relatively simple, the close was quick, and on the day of the close, we had a very informative 2 hour orientation regarding all facets of the house.
A week after being in the house, we submitted a few minor hardware warranty items to be addressed. We were nervous the process would take awhile to be completed. But that wasn't the case. Literally the next morning after the online warranty was submitted, one of the One Ten Ten crew came out and fixed the issues. That was so very reassuring.
We can tell the build quality of the house is quite good and we suspect a notch or two above what we would have received if we had gone with one of the national builders in the area.
Two key selling points about One Ten Ten homes in general is the first being the size of the bedrooms. Internet data showed the national builders have bedrooms other than the primary as being quite small. Fortunately the multiple bedrooms in our house are all quite functional in size and can easily handle a Queen or King size bed without feeling cramped. The second is the size of the 3 car garage, which comes in at 633 square feet. We could never understand why some builders build a home with a 2 car garage in the price point we bought at. Having the large 3 car garage really makes storage of things that much easier.
Big picture, everyone that we have dealt with at One Ten Ten have been extremely friendly, professional, and from our eyes, happy to be working for the company. We have zero buyer's remorse and suspect most other One Ten Ten buyers feel the same way. We would easily seek out a One Ten Ten home if we ever chose to move in the future.

I have waited to post my review because with any new construction, sometimes issues do not show up even in the first year. We moved into our Savannah custom built home in 2023. There were issues during the build that concerned me, like interior and exterior doors left out in the weather during winter storms. They would have snow that piled on them. The window company that they “normally” use had supply issues, so they had to go to another manufacturer. The 2 items are what I would say make this home not worth the money paid. In the summer, almost every door in the house sticks, so if you can get it to close, you have to almost break the door to open it. When we had their service team out, they said it was due to too much humidity in the home, thanks to the substandard H-vac that really is not rated for the Sq footage of the home, and the unnecessary air exchanger that pulls in fresh, humid air. We have had to unplug the air exchanger, and block the vent in the summer, along with adding multiple dehumidifiers to get the humidity down. The other item causing these issues are the windows. They leak terribly year around, and condensate even in mildly cold weather to the point that only 3 years after building we are already looking at having to replace the windows and damaged trim from the condensation. I would not call One10ten a premier builder, but a cheap builder charging premium prices.
I will say, the construction and sales people are very pleasant to work with, and I don’t think they felt the materials were not sufficient (H-Vac and windows), or cared for during the build (doors). It is odd that there are not more issues reported, as I live in a development that is neatly completed, and most of the neighbors that built with them have similar issues.

Jon has been incredibly patient and dedicated. He worked with me for over a year, helping me find the right home in the right neighborhood with a private backyard. We experienced many ups and downs, especially with building a house for the first time, but Jon was always there, offering guidance and support.

Chris has been a true professional and someone we could always trust when it came to building our home. His Type-A personality shines through in everything he does—if he says he will do something, he doesn't stop until it's done the right way. It honestly felt like he was building a home for his own family, and that level of care and commitment meant a lot to us.

I genuinely appreciate everything both Jon and Chris have done, and I will not hesitate to recommend OneTenTen to my family and friends. I look forward to working with you again in the future.

We closed on our OneTenTen home in November of 2023 over in Whispering Waters in Shakopee, and loving our new home. As with any home build, there are always hiccup's during the process, but overall could not be much happier with OneTenTen as a builder.
