Honestly, I have nothing but incredible things to say about our experience with Sterling Homes. They truly exceeded every expectation we had throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, the sales team was outstanding. Melissa in sales in particular was amazing. Ryan was absolutely amazing to work with as well, knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping us. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We chose the Amber model, and we are beyond impressed with the quality, layout, and overall design of the home. It is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. My husband and I have built a home before with a different builder, and the difference between that experience and Sterling Homes was truly night and day. With our previous builder, communication and follow-through were a struggle and quality. With Sterling, it was the complete opposite. Their level of service, quality, communication, and support was exceptional every step of the way. What stood out the most was their consistent follow-up, clear instructions, and willingness to help whenever we had questions. We always felt informed and supported throughout the entire build process. It’s rare to experience this level of professionalism and care. Not only did we end up with a beautiful, high-quality home, but the entire journey to get there felt organized, transparent, and positive. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Sterling team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
