Hovnanian denied responsibility and would not send someone to inspect, while two roofers attributed the problem to incorrectly installed vents.

Customer Reviews

Maura

Our build was completed in February 2022 and we already have a roof leak. We reached out to K Hov who denies any responsibility and won't even send someone out to look. Update: the roof is now leaking in 2 spots, dripping water all over the floors. We have had 2 roofers come out to look at the issue and both have said that the vents were installed incorrectly, causing the issue. K Hov refuses to accept responsibility. Avoid this builder at all costs.
