Victory Gate was victorious once again ?? We really enjoyed our journey with this group. Nothing ever goes perfectly, but it was a great team to work with through all the ups and downs of our build. We appreciated the freedom in our ability customize our floor plan to suite our narrow lot, as well as the variety of design options they have to choose from that really help make your house yours! They helped us visualize, conceptualize and birth our dream forever-home and we are very happy!

After visiting multiple home builder projects, it was clear Victory Gate builds a better product. Victory Gate's standard features are top of the line with most builders. They don't upcharge for hardware, window shutters, and other items that most builders price as add-ons. Their design center makes the process very simple and they have tons of options to choose from. They truly are a custom home builder. We decided on the exterior from one of their plans but we liked the interior layout of another. Victory Gate made the plan work by combining them. We also ran into issues with multiple easements on our plot. Just like before, Victory Gate redesigned the home to fit. Every week, I get a call from the project manager with updates on progress and what to expect next. We are halfway through the build and I am very happy with our experience so far. One year update: I could not be happier with the Victory Gate team. We love our house. Our new home is twice the size of our old house yet our utilities are lower which shows how efficient the home is. I have friends that are in the construction trades and they have all made positive comments on the quality of build. We highly recommend VG.

We're currently building our home with Victory Gate. This isn't our first experience with home construction. We used a "big box" builder for our previous house so we came into this somewhat familiar with the process. But I must say our experience with Victory Gate has been pleasantly surprising. From the one-of-a kind design, the high quality products they use, to the details of their fit and finish...we can see that VG is a first class custom builder who cares. They listened to us as we shared our design ideas and they came up with the perfect layout to suit our needs. And the trades and vendors VG uses have been first-rate. They take the extra step to do it right and not rush through their work. (So glad to see this trait still exists!) We've also been surprised at how many small details VG does to give our home that extra measure of quality and outstanding craftmanship. This is exactly what we were looking for from a premier builder and Victory Gate did not disappoint!!! While there are always bumps in the road with any builder, we can see James, Jonna and the staff at VG genuinely want us to be satisfied with every step of the process. For us, they have been personable, easy to talk to and prompt in responding. They're physically involved and present at our build, which is important to us. They even suggest great ideas when we...actually I... was undecided on a color, design, or style! I love that they're willing to share their professional viewpoint with us. We are very happy with our experience so far and if you're looking for a true custom home from a quality builder who cares about your project...Victory Gate is your builder. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the Victory Gate team, and with our new home. They made the building process as stress free as possible! James was amazing at working with us to create a floor plan that we loved. He is there throughout the build, and makes sure things are being done correctly. At the showroom, Jonna’s help made it so easy to decide on finishes. She is very knowledgable on both current and classic trends. She shows you options of styles and colors that work well together, and fit in with your personal preferences. Victory Gate offers an incredible selection of finishes, many of which are included with initial pricing, as well as others that can be chosen as an upgrade. Keti was on top of ordering, and was always able to help with questions regarding selections, and Tina is there for you with any billing questions. Our on site manager was Matt, and he was great at working on any issues that arose along the way, and on finishing up some odds and ends. We had fun with our build, and we know this is not always the case, so for that we are very thankful. We are thoroughly enjoying our Victory Gate home, and we highly recommend them.

My wife and I used VictoryGate to build our family home and we couldn't be happier. James, Jonna, and the rest of the VictoryGate team were professional, diligent, and made the entire process an enjoyable one. This was our first build and we had our own plan and designs that we wanted to incorporate. James took our vision and turned it into the home we've always wanted. VictoryGate exceeded our expectations and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to build a custom home.
