We moved into our home in June 2022. Starting in August 2023, one of our bedrooms had a big leak when it rained. We had the leak checked out by Maronda and they claimed that they fixed it. We then replaced the flooring in that room but then a few months later the leak happened again.Maronda kept coming back to figured out where the leak was coming from and it took some time to figure it out. It was found that the leak came from the window that cracked in the foundation during the build. Window and drywall were replaced. Okay great, but our new flooring was ruined. The staff that fixed the window said that they would go buy the flooring or we buy it and they’ll refund us.Come to find out, Maronda rejected to pay for the replacement flooring. The leak and the floors being ruined would have never happened if the window was placed in correctly. Why should we have to pay for the replacement flooring?
Tracie finely has been great the whole process. She took the time to explain every step and go the extra mile for us. We are excited to move into our new home. Thank you maronda!
Our outstanding agent Tracie Finely was very professional and informative. She answered any and all questions we had. Most importantly, she made us feel special and at ease. The entire process so far has been smooth and without issues. We were very happy to refer her to all of our friends.
I would like to say that my sales agent Tracie Finley is incredible. She has made the process of purchasing our dream home easy as well as exciting. She is always keeping us informed during our building process, by sending weekly updates, as well as pictures of the construction. She is an incredible sales agent and we are very fortunate to have her selling us our dream home.
Horrible company! Nothing but problems ever since closing. Thank God our realtor made them guarantee the price. We saw another customer had to pay an additional $20,000 due to increased lumber prices. There were many mistakes made. We had a shower that leaked from day one. Took over 2 months to have that fixed. Our sliding door was damaged from the beginning. They should have never installed it. We also had to wait for a replacement. About 3 months for that one. Our kitchen cabinets were damaged. At least they addressed it in a timely manner. The medicine cabinet was missing in the master bathroom. The vice president found it in the drawer under the sink. The garage opener door was not working and they needed to fix that as well. I almost forgot to mention that they painted the house the wrong color and had to paint it all over again. I would definitely advise going with another builder.
