My wife and I recently built a home through Sposen Homes. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The highlight of the process were three individual's, Chris, Jerry, And Lisa. They are three very caring individuals who have done everything they can to make this a pleasant experience.

I have built homes before, and I know how difficult it is building one. There is so much that goes into it and you’re dependent on so many different products, people/trades and, of course, the city and all of issues that can go with them!

Sposen builds very high-quality homes. Don’t get me wrong, there are some bugs still to be worked out, but that’s to be expected…Happens with every home you build no matter who you use and where you build. But, I’m confident that Chris, Jerry, And Lisa will make sure that everything is exactly to our liking/expectations.

And one cherry on top is Melissa, who always greets you and takes care of you when you’re in their office. Someone like her is hard to find, and extremely important for a builder.

My wife and I look forward to enjoying the home now and the community that comes with it!

From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed properly and that we were fully satisfied as homeowners. His care, communication, and dedication truly reflect the standard of excellence every builder should strive for.

During the final stretch of the build, Jerry made sure no detail was overlooked. Anytime we had a question, he was quick to respond and always made himself available, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. He genuinely cared about making sure our dream home met — and exceeded — our expectations.

We were especially touched by the thoughtful housewarming gift and the beautiful photo he took for us. It speaks volumes about his creativity, passion, and the pride he takes in his work.

Finally moved into our new home built by Sposen, they were great to deal with. Wanted to express a real appreciation to Jerry Robinson for all his help with warranty issues that came up. He truly went above and beyond. He made sure contractors were out literally the next day to repair some small drywall damage. Jerry also came out his self to do the painting just so we didn’t have to wait. Jerry is really an asset to Sposen and a great guy to deal with.

I would like to start by saying my experience with Sposen Signature Homes was a very good one. We first met with Jeremy one of the managing partners and Lisa the VP of operations in which both were very informative, polite, and willing to work with us the best they can to build a home of our dreams. Lisa is an asset to the company because of her ongoing dedication to the client and her willingness to help out in any way, shape or form. Getting into the construction part of it, Ray, our construction manager was on top of things, he kept good communication and also had willingness to work with whatever we needed help with. To end things, Jerry the delivery manager was incredible at the fact he did everything he possibly can to satisfy us as homeowners at the end of the build to make sure things were done properly and there were no complaints from our end. Overall, my experience with exposing was a very good one, and I would highly recommend them to build the home of your dreams because of their affordability, their commitment to pleasing the customer and their attention to detail on every aspect of construction.
