My wife and I recently built a home through Sposen Homes. Overall, it was a very positive experience. The highlight of the process were three individual's, Chris, Jerry, And Lisa. They are three very caring individuals who have done everything they can to make this a pleasant experience. I have built homes before, and I know how difficult it is building one. There is so much that goes into it and you’re dependent on so many different products, people/trades and, of course, the city and all of issues that can go with them! Sposen builds very high-quality homes. Don’t get me wrong, there are some bugs still to be worked out, but that’s to be expected…Happens with every home you build no matter who you use and where you build. But, I’m confident that Chris, Jerry, And Lisa will make sure that everything is exactly to our liking/expectations. And one cherry on top is Melissa, who always greets you and takes care of you when you’re in their office. Someone like her is hard to find, and extremely important for a builder.
