We interviewed few builders before deciding who should build our home and we picked Fred. It was a great choice! We were new to the area but not new to the process. Fred was able to get answers on things we weren’t familiar with in this area. He did good job of keeping us informed on everything and even coming to us when things that were not so great. If he didn’t have answers to our questions he would find out. We liked going with the cost plus option because we were able to see where all of the costs went in the house and able to pick out every detail. We have been in our home for 1-1/2 years. It took 9 months to build, which I thought could have been quicker, but it was what it was.
