We purchased a Barringer Home in December. I've waited to post a review because I wanted to see how follow up was after money was paid. First I'd like to say our Superintendent, Randy, is amazing. He responds promptly to every text or call and is very quick to help. He did a great job overseeing the construction of our beautiful home and we love it. I can't say enough about 'the great Randini' ???? The whole team at Barringer is passionate about their project and definitely went above and beyond to ensure the process went well and we were happy. Starting with Kristi, moving to Shannon, and finishing with Randy, it has been a great experience. We love our home.
Love Barringer Homes! They deliver beautiful homes with great quality and thoughtful design. Their team is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and committed to doing things the right way. A solid builder I’d confidently recommend.
“Working with this Barringer Homes was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to helping me find the perfect property. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free real estate process.”
I was just at a vendor event with Barringer Homes, and I have to say— they were phenomenal to work with. We partnered with them on the custom closets through Closet Design Twins, and the entire experience was seamless and positive.Touring the home made it even more clear how much thought, care, and attention to detail they put into their builds. The quality truly stands out. It was easily one of my favorite homes I’ve been in.If you’re considering building with Barringer Homes, you won’t be disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with the approach this builder continues to take in our neighborhood. Their primary focus is clearly maximizing their profit by constructing oversized homes that are completely out of scale with the surrounding community. There's no consideration for the existing character of the neighborhood or the people who already live here. All they care about is building huge houses to sell for the maximum profit. In addition, they built a hideous 8 foot fence along the backyard of their new house which borders our side yard. It looks awful! Every neighbor who has seen it has remarked on how out of place it is. This is a nearly $3MIL house yet they put up an obnoxious, oversized, and cheap-looking wood fence. It feels incredibly disrespectful to build something like this. Just because zoning allows the fence height doesn't mean it should be built! This just shows they have no regard for anyone but themselves and their clients who clearly don't care about their new neighbors either. If you want that level of privacy don't buy a house in an R-3 zoned neighborhood. We have lived next to a beautiful tree filled lot for 10 years then Barringer comes in and destroys it. Even more frustrating is their complete disregard for the natural environment. Mature trees that took decades to grow are routinely cut down with no effort made to preserve them or replant thoughtfully. This kind of short-sighted development is harmful—not just to the environment, but to the long-term cohesion of the community. It’s unfortunate to see such aggressive building practices carried out with so little respect for existing residents or the land itself. And no, none of the trees in the pictures are in thier yard.
