Grandfather Homes

Grandfather Homes is the best of the best and in our opinion, they are the best builder in the Charlotte area. Every single day on our project, they made us feel like their only customer. We had contact with them daily, they always checked in, and were always very transparent. Every single member of their staff was kind, compassionate, and professional, and they were just as excited about our home as we were. They were always responsive and every interaction was always so positive. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is top notch and everything is done with excellence. Dan was our project manager and I can say that we miss him dearly. His work ethic and knowledge are just the best. He also is one of the kindest people we have had the opportunity to work with. Working with Charlene and Tammy was just a delight every single time. We had so much fun together and they always made us feel excited about every decision. And as we closed on our home, Missy was there with her vibrant smile and energy to welcome us into our home. She has the same joy in person that you see in their amazing videos. Every day we walk into our home, we are filled with so much gratitude to be able to live in our beautiful home, but also, to have it built by Grandfather Homes. If you are looking for a builder you can trust, who will do everything they can to make your dreams a reality, it is Grandfather Homes. We were completely blown away by their entire process and their team, and we will forever be grateful for them.

Grandfather Homes has continued to deliver outstanding customer service and quality built homes. My professional experience working with them as a broker has been nothing but top notch. Communication, follow up, and attention to detail and what matters to the client were always put first.

Grandfather homes is one of the finest builders in Charlotte. We bought a home this year from them that had been completely renovated. The finishings, trim work, craftsmanship were impeccable. If we had any issues they have responded immediately. If we ever decide to build a home we will use them again, hands down.

We built our dream home with Grandfather Homes during a global pandemic from 750 miles away and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. From start to finish we couldn’t be happier with how wonderful and attentive the entire staff was. From the company owner Matt, to Adam our wonderful project manager, to the best interior designer Tammy (and everyone else in between that keeps the ship sailing). The quality of work and craftsmanship Grandfather Homes puts into their homes is first class! They have and continue to exceed our expectations. We would 100% recommend Grandfather Homes if you are looking to build/buy your dream home!

We just purchased our second GFH! The entire team, from the President/Owner, Matt, the Project Manager John, the sales team, Missy, and all the vendors they associate with, were so easy to work with, passionate about their job and most importantly, did superb work. GFH made a usually stressful process, fun! We 10/10 recommend!
