Richard, Jamie, Kim, and Ralph were all fantastic to work with — professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy every step of the way.Richard, our contractor, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. As first-time builders, we had a lot of questions, but Richard was always patient, clear, and incredibly helpful — he truly made the build something we could enjoy rather than stress over.Kim, the interior designer, was amazing — she guided us through the process of choosing finishes with a great eye for design and a real understanding of what we were looking for.Every subcontractor we encountered was courteous, skilled, and treated our home with great care and respect. Our home is perfect. Jamie and Richard were very accommodating and let us know everything at each stage. There were no surprises and the house was finished just as they said. Everything was custom built. Best builders we have ever used.
You want a beautiful, sound, home? Give these builders a try. I've been in my home for 13 years and wouldn't dream of moving. Haven't had any problems or issues other than the normal..thanks for 13 years of satisfied living.
This is who you want to build your house. I moved to Columbus in 1999 and was looking for a home. I loved the L&B houses we looked at, but they were nicer developments and just a tad out of reach. I swore then after looking at the details and care they put into each building I would have one one day. Flash forward to 2014 and we were able to have them build our dream home. They helped us pick out an architect that would be good for us, set us up with a designer to meet with vendors to pick out floor, paint, lighting, et al, and now 6+ years later and the house is just as awesome as it was on move in day. Thanks Bill (the GC) & Laura (the designer)! The other thing you will love is the contract. We were looking at those national builders around the base where the contract literally holds them accountable for nothing. We had to get an attorney to verify what we were seeing and they confirmed, there is nothing in this contract that leans your way. Then we read L&Bs contract, and our attorney affirmed what we thought there... it was as straight forward as they come. The reason I am writing this 6 years later is that we can still call them today and they are just as helpful as they were when we were paying them. Thanks Jamie (the MAN)! I can't believe yall only had two reviews. I guess when you are that good, google reviews don't matter.
