We are buying a townhome at MI homes Piper Landing and we are very happy and excited with the way our new home is shaping up. Sunny Patel was our sales agent, this is the 2nd time we are working with him after our pleasant experience at MI home Indian Land, SC. I also recommended MI homes Piper Landing to my cousin, they too worked with Sunny Patel to choose their home and they have had very good experience so far and happy with the way Sunny provides updates every week on their new home as they live far and cannot visit homesite to check on progress. Sunny is very professional and information he provides definitely add very good value, I would recommend him to my friends and family.
