I really wanted to give 5 stars but the quality of work left much to be desired. Then when you have to submit a warranty request or address items on the punch list after the build is done, you have to jump through hoops while corporate tries to take the easy way out. The customer service doesn’t match the price paid for the home.
Pretty homes but the customer service is some of the worst I have received. They’re all profit and don’t really care to work with or for you as the customer. I found us to be mislead through the process of buying them to be unhelpful and unresponsive. All punch list were required to be done two weeks in advance and when an item wasn’t done correctly (actually made problem worse) I was told to turn it over to home warranty. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service that took a sharp turn down once they had my hefty deposit (also was required to leave said large deposit for a home that was already built which made no sense). We were told that they would make a flooring change prior to the deposit being completed and then went back on it because we utilized a VA loan and could have asked for it back if they didn’t meet the appraisal. We had already sold our current home and had a newborn and was on the way and still they were not willing to work with us. Home are large, fairly priced and beautiful. Make sure you get a thorough inspection and make sure you get everyone thing done before closing because they will ghost you after.
We built our dream home with Niblock and loved the opportunity to make it semi-custom. Our build began August 2020 to January 2021 and while nothing is perfect we have truly been happy with our home. During the design process we wished there were some features and options that were more updated as some were pretty antiquated styles but we realize that may be due to a smaller builder. A majority of the finishes we decided to do on our own because they did not have what we wanted as an option.Working with Mark Burzlaff was incredibly easy and he was friendly and truly wants the best for his clients.If we ever build again we would definitely consider Niblock but we plan to stay for a long time.
Built a custom offsite home with them. Everything went pretty smooth and we are happy with the build quality.
Another almost year and still no fix to something that was promised many years ago. Empty promises and terrible craftsmanship. Did I mention not willing to follow thru on any repair work.
