Pat and his team did an extensive custom renovation of our 1950s basement and turned the entire area into usable space including 2 bedrooms, a full bath and living area. Pat was extremely personable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He and his crew showed up on time every day and communicated throughout the entire process. The Reno was completed on time and the budget was reasonable considering the scope of work. The attention to detail was excellent, and it's obvious that the work was professionally finished. Pat arranged for all sub trades, who also did excellent work. We are so happy with the finished product and look forward to working with Pat again! We would highly recommend CLM to anyone completing a home project.
