Recently we bought a Hawkins-Welwood home. It's a townhome in the Windsor Place community, north Dallas. We wanted to get plans for the home. Martha Thrash helped us out. Only $10 (just the cost of making copies). When I went to pick up the plans, John Hawkins was there. He introduced himself. Nice man.
Having lived in another townhome and seen enough properties over the years, we can say Hawkins-Welwood builds quality homes. Definitely recommended.
