While these townhomes may come with a higher price tag and lack a backyard, their well-considered design stands out. However, they may not be the best fit for larger families, and it's worth noting that the schools in the vicinity are not known for their quality
Beautiful property and many wonderful neighbors. All the fantastic amenities mentioned (clubhouse, gym, pools) remain locked and residents who pay monthly for their use are barred from access. All Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted yet locks remain. We've been cast out of Eden! Because Toll Brothers is overpopulating the community by continuing to build without expanding amenities we are being told that when these facilities do reopen residents will need to reserve limited time admittance because of capacity issues. This was not what we bought into!
A great location to live in. All the homes are very new to brand new constructions. Toll has a strong reputation for good workmanship and good materials. Plus you can't go wrong with the amenities: 1 indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, 2 bocce courts, 2 tennis courts, gym, etc
