We had the best experience ever Michaela was welcoming and friendly she answered everything above and beyond, she had so much knowledge and made sure we made the right decision and gave us so many options. We have had bad experiences in the past with other companies we been looking for a home and could not decide never had this amazing experience, hope to refer more people I know to her. The homes are so beautiful and great prices as well!

We went to look around at the models and like many first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. Sharon looked like she hated every second in our presence. Then any questions we had, she simply didn’t know or didn’t want to even give us an estimate. She was extremely rude and honestly mean. My father’s first language isn’t English but she simply could not understand his accent no matter how clear he was speaking in English. I was shocked.

Clearly she didn’t like something about us, whether she thought we weren’t serious about buying or something worse. We decided to go to a different company for new home constructions where hopefully they’re nicer.
