We went to look around at the models and like many first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. Sharon looked like she hated every second in our presence. Then any questions we had, she simply didn’t know or didn’t want to even give us an estimate. She was extremely rude and honestly mean. My father’s first language isn’t English but she simply could not understand his accent no matter how clear he was speaking in English. I was shocked.Clearly she didn’t like something about us, whether she thought we weren’t serious about buying or something worse. We decided to go to a different company for new home constructions where hopefully they’re nicer.
