Caliber makes the home building process seamless, whether you are working towards building your first custom home, or have built a few. I've worked with them on multiple custom homes now, and am always impressed with their supervision skills, and in my experience, they build quicker than other home builders without sacrificing quality. Caliber Construction has scraped and built 3 spec homes for me in Platt Park on lots that were formerly my rentals. All three homes were well designed and well built and resulted in profitable sales. As a realtor, I chose Caliber because I thought that their homes had a following and buyers love them and I was right. All three homes sold before or just as they were finished. Our last project still holds the record, 2 years later, for high sale of a home of its size in Platt Park. The owner, Brad Liber, and his team were also great at communicating with me about the progress on our projects and sometimes lack of progress due to mostly City delays. If you are building a home in Denver, you could not go wrong if you choose Caliber build it for you.
Caliber recently completed the construction of our custom home, and we are thankful to have chosen them for our project. Starting with Brad, the company embodies quality, and this guided them through the numerous decisions that needed to be made. They work with highly skilled subs that again embody quality. Probably the most important aspect of our relationship with Caliber, and why we would seek to work with them again in the future, is their approach to solving unforeseen problems. Of course these come up, and it is here that Caliber really shines. They focus on the solution, quickly explain options, and place quality as the priority. It was a great decision to work with Caliber, and we can't recommend them more.
