Alair Homes

I recently worked with the Alair team to have a custom home built. The project was both unique and detailed and the team did an incredible job. The entire Alair team cares deeply about the people they work with and they are responsive to ensure that everything is done exactly as it should be done. Most importantly, they owned any mistakes by quickly correcting them and ensuring they didn't repeat wherever possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with a build or remodel.

The Alair team are absolutely amazing! Their attention to detail is outstanding. You can tell they have sincere desire to give their clients the best possible experience while they build a home that will last generations! If you are looking for the next level custom home builder, then you’ve found them! Give them a call, I promise you won’t regret it!

Alair has been fantastic for us, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Their manager, Karen Tiberius, has been especially outstanding. She truly knows her job and performs it with great professionalism and care. She is so knowledgeable that you will not find a better manager to take care of the construction of your future house. Shane Morris, the construction manager, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly accommodating to all our needs. One of the best things he says is, “Nothing is impossible”—and he really means it. Shane never said “no” to any of our requests and stayed on top of the contractors, sparing us the usual headaches of dealing with subcontractors ourselves. He is also full of great ideias. Things we never thought he recommended and we are so grateful he did. Our designer, Megan Melville, went above and beyond to ensure all our needs and wants were met. Her network of contractors is fast, reliable, and second to none. She helped my wife to ensure her vision was accomplished and it turned out really really well for us. What also surprised us—in the best way—was how involved the owner of Alair was with the daily operations. Jerome, gave us all the support we need and more. He was at the site often, dealing with subcontractors and giving great and fresh ideias. Usually, once you sign the contract you don’t see the owners anymore. Not with Jerome. He was involved with the full process. Even his wife was helping us. This group, from Alair, is the best. You can’t go wrong with them. Before the construction, everyone told us how stressful building your house can be, and it sometimes ends in divorce. The opposite was true for us. It made me feel so good, I want to do all over again. The very best part of this group, specially Shane and Karen, is how they kept under budget, how they save us money and how transparent they were with the financial part of it. Even suggesting we will have money coming back to us, because all the savings they got us. They took all the Parede of Homes stress away by being in charge of everything. We highly recommend Alair to build your dream home. We could not have chosen a better builder, a better partner. The Frascinos.

I’ve worked with Alair Homes twice now. I have been extremely satisfied with their process, communication, and result. I felt genuine care for my my family! They helped us create a beautiful and comfortable home for us to enjoy. 5/5 would absolutely recommend!
