We had the best experience working with this builder!!They are very very easy to work with, always communicated clearly and delivered exceptional quality in every detail. The finishes are truly top-notch, the floor plans are thoughtfully designed with so much light and air and the pricing is very fair for the level of craftsmanship. We’re genuinely happy with our home and highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for quality and professionalism!!
I have lived in my townhome that was built by Liberty Homes for the past 6 1/2 years. And I have never had a single warranty claim. And have never had to have anything fixed. And I have received multiple compliments on the quality of work. And the overall look. I’m in the process of selling it. And the inspection came back with no fixes. That’s how well my townhome was built. I’m really gonna miss living here.
I was a bit nervous to work with Liberty because I had read the reviews and definitely didn't want to file claims with issues. To give some background, we bought a new construction townhome from another competitor and we had a few issues some of which they were fighting to not fix. I didn't want to worry about that. Well I spoke to Chelsea, Liberty agent, and expressed all of my concerns. She helped clarify all of my concerns and also said that they no longer build stucco homes which was the root of past issues. We decided to go for it. The process was easy, any questions I had for Chelsea, she was quick to respond.Liberty was great to work with! They were trying a new system and there were definitely some bugs. I felt a little like a guinea pig in that sense but I didn't mind. What was difficult is that many customisable items weren't listed so we had items listed for us as selected but we had not picked them. What could have been a stressful experience worked out as Chelsea noticed this and asked us what we preferred. And they were not shy to give us free upgrades (more than once) for the inconvenience. Although I don't expect this to happen to everyone that works with them, it was a really nice gesture. You can tell they cared that we had a good experience and that we ultimately loved our home. They were genuine, I didn't feel like it was just a job for them, Brice would explain so many little details during the walk through you could tell he was passionate about building. Every decision on the construction of the home seemed carefully thought through, down to the way the door opened (inward vs. outward).We've been now in our home for 2 months and are enjoying it. Any issues have been minor (forgetting to switch on the furnace after inspections, or a door that wouldn't close for example) and they have been quick to fix. The only downside is that the garage is a 3 car garage but we are struggling to fit 2 on the 2 car side. We can fit them bit they are so close, the driver can't get out as easily. We own a van and a SUV. I assume it would work fine if we tried with a smaller car like a sedan. Also, we are at Parker place and are really close to a farm. Although we love walking over to feed the goats (my kids love it) it does bring a certain farm smell on evenings they clean (so not every night). And my husband is not a fan of all the flies. These two things are not at Liberty's control but wanted to mention it for those wanting to move to this location. We still love it and as far as the build quality, it's way better than our townhome. Liberty truly did a wonderful job and have been great to work with.
Working with Liberty Homes was the best! I had an idea for a custom hood and Bryce was able to make it happen! We also wanted to do a custom “super shower” that they did easily. He was great through the whole process too. From the beginning sending updates with digging and completing the foundation to the middle letting us know the order of things getting completed inside the home until the end with all the little touches during the final walk through. Bryce cares for each home as his own. Even now being in our home for a few months he was available and helped us with the warranty on our bedroom fan. Cannot recommend this builder enough!
We loved our experience with liberty homes! We worked with Bryce Rowland and he was so incredible to work with. He made sure we stayed up to date with the whole process, was super flexible with our wishes, and always quick to respond! We loved going to the design center and felt supported picking out all of the details of our home. The entire process was such an enjoyable experience to watch the progress of our home being built! We were able to customize our home to have a basement apartment, which we were really looking for in a property! Even after the building process, Bryce has stayed accessible and always willing to answer questions and help. We can’t recommend Liberty Homes more!
