One of the worst builder I have ever came across.They try to do whatever they can to void your warranty. We got a house and installed EV charger.We had city inspection done and it passed.After 2 months, our main circuit breaker started tripping (not the one we installed), they said our warranty is voided because we installed a new circuit breaker. If you have EV, DO NOT buy their house.They have horrible after sales service and warranty. PLEASE avoid them if you can . We had horrible experience with these guys.

Building our home with Garman was arguably the best decision that we could’ve made in this entire process! We bought one of Garman's "Parade" winning homes in 2019 as our first house (Roshambo Collection). we returned to Garman a few years later when it was time for more square footage. For our second home, we worked with the design team to personalize our finished. The process was smooth and easy.Our experience in both Garman homes has been excellent. The warranty team has always been very responsive for what few requests we have had to make after moving into these new-builds.Prior to closing on both homes, our inspector commented that his list was far shorter than is typical for homes of similar sizes - he was very impressed with the build quality both times.Being repeat Garman home buyers, we would certainly recommend that others in the market for a new home give Garman a look.
