Several customers praise communication and a personal, smooth build experience. One customer praised the warranty team's responsiveness to a few post-move requests. One homeowner, however, reported that after installing an EV charger, the main breaker began tripping two months later and Garman said the warranty was void because a new circuit breaker had been installed; that homeowner described the after-sales service and warranty experience as horrible.

One of the worst builder I have ever came across.
They try to do whatever they can to void your warranty. We got a house and installed EV charger.
We had city inspection done and it passed.
After 2 months, our main circuit breaker started tripping (not the one we installed), they said our warranty is voided because we installed a new circuit breaker. If you have EV, DO NOT buy their house.
They have horrible after sales service and warranty. PLEASE avoid them if you can . We had horrible experience with these guys.
