Karol Bratosin removed a fiberglass tub/shower unit and installed a walk-in shower. He is a true craftsman that pays attention to detail and is very thorough, both in his workmanship and respect for us and our property. He explained what he was going to do, provided updates and when he was finished, he review his work and the product. We are happy with Kagen, the sales rep, and very happy with Karol and his work. Both gentlemen represent American Home Design very well.

They truly brought my vision to life while offering practical advice and creative solutions I hadn’t considered. Lauren was responsive and made me feel valued as a client. I couldn’t be happier with the results! And their Fees are Fair and reasonableI also noticed a recent review that doesn’t align with my experience at all. It’s unfortunate that some may post misleading comments, as it doesn’t reflect the quality of work or exceptional service this company provides. Frustrating experience at American Home Planners. Lauren doesn't communicate with the city of Everett regarding what's allowed to be built on a lot, so make sure you do not relay on his help on zoning. He had to redo the plans and I still can't get them through the city because the storm water plan is hardly addressed and inadequate in his plan. I reached out to others who want about $5000 to create a storm water plan to satisfy the city. A second architect wants to redo all of Laurens plans as he considers them so basic and incomplete that he won't modify what Lauren drew. Lauren does not submit his plans and won't call the city. He wants you to submit plans and communicate with the city.
Profesional and very knowledgeable people . I met Lauren the architect he was very dedicated and answered all my questions. I do recommend him also prices are adorable.
