Teresa and John Wignall were an outstanding design team to work with knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in helping us create a home that fit our needs and vision. Their attention to detail and guidance made a big difference, and we always felt supported throughout the planning and decision-making process.
The contractor who handled the installation was equally impressive. The work was done professionally, efficiently, and with great care, and everything came together beautifully.

We really enjoyed working with John Piccolo Wignall and his wife Terri on the purchase of our manufactured home. They kept us informed on the status of construction. John paired us up with a job site contractor, who was also wonderful. From start to finish all involved were great at communicating with us, fair with us when unexpected expenses arose, and completed the project in a timely manner. I highly recommend JPW Development Co on a project like ours!
