My name is Tara Willis, I’m a real estate agent with Collier and Associates in Northwest Arkansas. I recently had some clients have a horrible experience with a local builder where the builder was unwilling to fix mold issues in his new construction home. Once that home contract was terminated, I immediately brought my clients to an Anderson Custom Homes build. I knew from experience that this builder builds an excellent home, as I have sold several and even purchased one as my own personal home. The attention to detail and the willingness to fix anything that shows up on inspection is unmatched. I always sleep well at night if my clients purchase one of their homes. Can not recommend them enough.
