We were very happy with the entire process. Jerry Kordsmeier was great. He walked us through the process and answered every question. Then did the same as we picked out the right house and the right options. Even as Ed moved into later stages of the process, Jerry still made sure all was going well and took the time to check in on us.Every person we have dealt with at UBH Fayetteville has gone above and beyond to answer every question, and remove any obstacle in the way. The house we are getting is exactly what we are looking for. The materials being used are great quality, and the price is very competitive. Highly recommended. A+++
We have had a great experience working with United Built Homes. Working with Jerry and Greg has been a pleasure. We have had a lot of questions and concerns. They have explained everything as we made changes to our house plans over and over. They gave us very good advice and made us feel like we were the only customers they had.
We had a positive experience with our build, layout, staff, contractors, and design choices! Great working with Erick, Colin, Greg & Erin. Communication was timely, respectful and supportive. Questions were answered and patiently explained. We couldn't beat the promotion discounts, 0 down, 0% interest & payments for 12 mos! The prices are reasonable for the houses and timeline of 5 mos was unbeatable! You need to set aside monies for miscellaneous finishings & if you plan to refinance. Know that nothing is ever perfectly unflawed. There are always hiccups & stress involved in a new build. Be active in the building process!
While my home is not yet complete, it is nearing completion. I have reached out to the Sale Manager in the Bryan office, as well as the contractor that is responsible for the construction. I have always received rapid if not immediate responses. The only regret I have in choosing UBH, was reading the reviews where some social media sites bash the company, this delayed my decision to start the home build and had me make a couple of decisions to reduce the cost of the home. In hindsight I wish I had stuck to my original plan, but those were my decisions I view the home weekly and am happy with the build, and timeline. There are a number of things that the home buyer is responsible, and from some of the reviews I have read it seems like some folks were not prepared for those items; however, I do know this came up in my meeting at UBH and was again covered in detail at closing.
