We recently purchased a newly built home from this builder and have been genuinely impressed from start to finish. We are very pleased with the quality of the construction and everything feels solid and thoughtfully done.

We worked closely with Amy to make sure the overall design was the look we wanted and she was committed to helping us all the way. She was great to work with and helped us pick our selections even when we had multiple changes.

What really stood out, though, was their follow-up and customer care. We ran into a few design issues during the process and Devin, the VP of Production, addressed each one quickly, professionally, and with a real commitment to making sure we were happy with the final result. That meant a lot because it really made the difference in the overall appearance of the house. We made several changes to the design and they were accommodating to all our needs. Their communication was consistent, and we always felt like our concerns were taken seriously.

We have worked with Jackie on any issues that have come up since we closed and she has been very responsive and always follows up and stays on top of things.

Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and we're grateful for how attentive and responsive the team is. We would happily recommend this builder to anyone looking for a well-crafted home and a company that truly stands behind its work.

We've only been in our new home less than a month, but so far we are very pleased with the house and the service from the builder's representatives. We've experienced a few little glitches, but between Devin and Jackie, everything was taken care of fully and quickly. The designer did a beautiful job with the finishes and extra touches and the majority of the workmanship is very good. So far, we're happy. Many thanks to Devin and Jackie!!!

Without a doubt, they have to be the most slap-dash builders around. We had a home inspection done, but a few things slipped past, such as the actual hole on the inside of the enormous soaking tub in the master bath, then a small hole in the bottom corner of the shower that looked like debris at first glance. We reported it to them & they were reluctant to acknowledge that it existed prior to the sale. Eventually, they sent a teenager over with a patch kit. Eight years later, we have patched 6 cracks in the bathtub & another in the shower. The foundation has multiple cracks & the sidewalk leading to the front door is pitted & crumbling. At least we don’t have leaks, unlike many of our neighbors. Our front door continues to become off-kilter, though. If I ever buy another house, I will make sure they had nothing to do with its construction!

Bought a new construction home built by them in 2019. Within 3 years we had:

- Cracked foundation

- Roof leaked which led to mold and water damage (they came out to fix the leak but failed to acknowledge the residual damage from water getting inside - said they couldn’t come inside because it was too risky because of COVID, at the end of 2021) the roof in this spot visibly buckles under any weight applied and it obviously compromised.

- Driveway sunk in and needs to be redone

- AC unit smelled like mold within the first year. The whole house felt unsafe to live in because of the smell - $2000 and 3 HVAC companies later, we figured out that the cooling element inside the system had developed mold.

- Outside outlets trip their breaker pretty much any time you plug anything in.

On multiple occasions, when we brought these problems to them and asked them to fix it, they said they couldn’t because of COVID and they would send someone out when it’s safe, here we are in almost 2026 with a 7 year old house, and we’re taking on the cost of the repairs you would expect on a house that’s much older.

If they did good work they would have better reviews. Happy to contribute to that shining 3 star overall rating and hope this helps anyone considering working with or buying anything from them.
