We’ve had a great experience in buying a home here in this subdivision- though I was anxious hearing Lennar as a national corporation had some questionable situations in other states. We had a minor problem with our drawer after a month of moving in and I put on a ticket - got a response to schedule a maintenance visit less than 48 hours later.
