We bought a Clarity home earlier this year and have been so happy with it! Nikki went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get the house we wanted and move in quickly. The entire process of buying and owning a clarity home has been a great regret.We have lived in our home for four years and a year and two months into living in our home the floors started peeling/coming up. Now every single space of the home has peeling/shifting floors. It took just over a year to start happening and once it started it quickly spread over the entire home.Many neighbors have confirmed the same issues. Multiple sources and a flooring company have confirmed that this is an install issue from the beginning. We have made clarity aware, but they refuse to do anything about it. We have also heard from a source that they had to fire their previous flooring person and now have no contact with who originally did this.We are now potentially stuck with a $20,000 flooring situation because our Builder didn’t hire the right person to initially do this flooring and plans not to take any accountability for this major issue they caused in our brand new now four year-old home.Other issues include ..backyard flooding due to poor drainage design ,cabinets/drawers falling apart within the first year and a leaking roof.After they sell you your house, they don’t care what happens. Don’t buy a clarity Home you will absolutely regret it. If you don’t believe me ask anyone living in skyline Ranch. These stories aren’t isolated. They’ve occurred in many houses they have built. And many also complain that they don’t get any resolution..
