Very dedicated and passionate staff/personnel. You can tell they are happy to meet the specifications of their clientele and they work together to meet those aforementioned needs accordingly; always putting safety first and treating one another more than just coworkers or clients and more like family and like friends. In short, a good network of professionals.
Professionalism is of utmost importance....this is also evident in the products they ship out the door
Welder BEWARE...welding supervisor turns machine ALL the way HOT to test (tells you not to adjust it) then asks you to weld the 1/8 th in plate without blowing holes in it...meanwhile lets trailers pass his inspection with big time POROSITY ALL.OVER.THE.WELDS. because it's the busy season & they already cannot keep up. He should take his own advice & maybe "PRACTICE, come back in a couple of weeks & try again." The end product is an accident just waiting to happen.
