Drees is building moldy homes. Many neighbors in Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, TX, have been displaced for an entire YEAR without any resolution while their brand new home is fully gutted back to the studs with mold encasing every surface and foundation. Can you image having to pay mortgage for a year without an home and Drees isn’t going to provide you a solution? Avoid like the plague. These people are living an actual nightmare.
Jeff Harrell is the most responsible, efficient, and detailed individual. He worked with us at the Hollows in Lago Vista, and is now located at Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, Tx. Jeff completes "Customer Care" as new owners move into their Drees' homes. He listens, takes pictures, and contacts all suppliers at an unbelievable speed, ensuring every item is addressed at maximum satisfaction to his customers.Then, before a year is up, Jeff once again comes in to serve you and your family as if the home belonged to him. He does not stop until the check list is completed at a TOP NOTCH level.This man is beyond amazing and deserves great recognition. We hope Drees realizes Jeff Harrell is one-in-a-million!!

I raved about the Model Home! The flow from the utility (washer /dryer) room leading into the master closet leading into the master bathroom...which is stunning (and, frankly, could fit a baseball team in the shower LOL) and roomy...leading into the master bedroom is something I've not seen before. Perfect execution of design, form, function, and flow. The kitchen was expansive and I was, genuinely, impressed with the upstairs use of space! This is the first time I've seen a bar in that area as well as a "man cave". I'd want to hang out in that area! The kids rooms and zones were a good amount of space and gave them privacy as well as room to study or enjoy gaming. And, frankly, the "in law suite" was better than my place in the Midwest! The only thing I would want to see in the backyard patio is a fireplace and a TV so guests can further retreat and have further indoor living outdoors. Very well done, Drees Custom Homes!
