We were thoroughly pleased with the work by Savage Custom Homes in building our house, and we love the outcome. This was our first custom house, and they were patient and helped us every step of the way. They were a tremendous help in reviewing our plans multiple times before breaking ground, and suggested changes that greatly improved the house. They have very high standards for their subs and meticulously review their work - many have worked for them for years. Coming from an engineering background and years of experience, they have deep knowledge of materials, parts, components and processes to ensure the house meets high quality standards. One of the most surprising outcomes was how accurate they were with budgeting and costs even during Covid supply chain price spikes. They only build a few houses a year for a lucky few, but if we ever build again, we'll wait if necessary, so that Richard and team can be our builders.
