Don’t buy a home here.

My family and I bought a Richmond American home in Glendale, AZ and moved in about one month ago. We spent our life savings, but the community is dirty and feels unsafe.

There is dog poop everywhere, even inside the kids’ play area and around the common parks. There is also trash all over like plastic bottles and garbage on the ground.

The kids’ area has no security. Anyone can enter, and people come at night and sit there drinking and using it like a hangout spot.

I complained to the salesperson and was told it’s the City of Glendale’s responsibility. I contacted the HOA, but got no response. Many complaints, no action.
Very disappointed and regret buying here.
