We had a great experience with Roberta in Sales and Lloyd in Construction. Our home is beautiful and we're excited to create lots of memories in this neighborhood! PGP Title was wonderful to work with as well, but I highly recommend finding a mortgage company other than Pulte Mortgage. They were difficult to work with and were very last minute with everything on their end, nearly jeopardizing our closing time.
Love my Prato house! The construction manager was great and emailed me updated photos throughout the process. The loan department is awful and never responds to calls or emails and sales 100% scammed me out of a lot of money. I have over 10 signed documents that said one number and then on signing day it was over 10k higher and they refused to change it even when I had proof they said there was nothing they could do about it. I would never get a loan through Pulte again it was the worst experience and I’ve purchased several homes in the past. But the house itself is great so you can thank your construction workers for that.
