I have had a great experience working with Terrace at Pleasant Valley by D.R. Horton. Nikki, who is their sales rep and my primary contact at the development has been fantastic to work with. Friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable throughout the process. My clients have been really impressed with their development especially the finishes, which stood out as we had toured several other new construction builders in the area.
