I can't say enough great things about Marz Homes and their entire team. The attention to detail and quality workmanship far exceeded our expectations. They don't rush through the build and ensure that each home is constructed properly. Their design team including Meaghan and Natalie were extremely helpful. We couldn't have made many of the decisions had it not been for their help and expertise. Lastly, the site supervisor, Phil, deserves a ton of credit. We were fortunate to do a walk through with him while the house was being constructed. His attention to quality workmanship and detail reassured us that our home was being built properly and with industry best practices in place. It's refreshing to see a home builder take pride in their work and how they work with their customers. Highly recommend them!

While the staff at Marz homes were very helpful during the buying and building process, their customer service is not as satisfactory after the possession date. We are still waiting for issues to be resolved that were brought to light over a month ago but, overall, I am happy with new home.
