Positive comments praise the team's professionalism and communication; one reviewer specifically notes its responsiveness and transparency, while another recalls an enjoyable experience from the first day through closing. A homeowner reported a cracked foundation that leaked when it rained, fallen cabinet doors, a hole in the shower roof and trim coming away from the walls, and said emails about construction issues went unanswered.

Ali Alaichi from Zeina Homes is a pleasure to speak with. He is cooperative, and Studio 5253 Canada looks forward to a future collaboration with Zeina Homes in providing 3D visualization services for custom homes.

By far the best home builder I have ever dealt with. The owner, Ali Alaychi, is an incredible man that I have done business with for over a decade. Their entire team is very professional. The quality of their work speaks for itself.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Zeina Homes and I couldn’t be more impressed. As a local business, their deep roots in the community are evident in the care and pride they put into each project. The team was easy to work with, always responsive and transparent. It’s clear that they truly care about their clients-- highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy home builder.

The worst developers around!! I don’t know how these homes are passing inspections with cracked foundations that leak water when it rains. And then you guys fail to answer your emails for any types of issues associated with the construction of your very poorly build houses.
It hasn’t even been a year since completion and my cabinet doors have fell off, a hole developed in my shower roof, all of my trimming is breaking away from the walls, and the foundation of the house is CRACKED and leaking WATER!!
Once again. Worst developers I have ever seen and have dealt with!
