Until the construction and warranty people learn how to pick up a phone, I wouldn't even look at anything they have to offer. They can't communicate to save their lives. I just moved into a home in this neighborhood and have had some minor build quality problems. Nothing that is too uncommon for a new build. The problem is nobody calls me back when I ask for these problems to be fixed - not the superintendent or the main warranty office. They do everything in their power to avoid me. They act like I'm some random person who keeps calling and pestering them, but in reality I just spent more than any person should spend for this quality of a home. You will get better customer service buying an iPhone at the Apple Store than you will buying a home here.
House caught on fire ?? due to improper gas oven installation!! Low quality/broken cabinets installed and flooring started to peel the first week we moved in. Sales agent made us very difficult to get my 3% buyers agent commissions and lied to me about receiving it. Home warranty rep was terrible and said “I can’t fix everything wrong with the house, you know how new construction goes”. Build quality and very unprofessional sales and warranty rep. Stay away.
Ivory does some of the best work/quality in the home building business. We love Jake - he was very helpful. We will likely build with Ivory - their floorplans are awesome. Bright, open, and solidly built.
As someone whose lived here for year the new development has been a disgusting eyesore also the floor plans are trashy not gonna lieoh yeah and the neighboring hicks will put a gun in the face of your guests if they turn down the wrong road
Lots of new homes being built, Ivory Homes is among the best of them out there that are doing great work!!
