This is the 4th home we have built, Toll Brothers is hands down the worst home builder we have ever dealt with. We moved into our home May of 2023 and had a handful of items that needed to be addressed prior to moving in, missing trim pieces, touch up paint, small water leak, etc. Nothing major, just some small repairs that needed to be performed by the Builder. It is now August 2024 and after countless emails, submissions to Toll Brothers, having to call the corporate headquarters and run this up the chain we are finally getting our items addressed. I have not heard 1 positive thing from any of the neighbors and their experience with Toll Brothers. I would highly recommend another builder. If looking in Herriman around Denali Estates you would probably be better served looking at the Richmond America Homes to the West. My sister also bought a home from Toll Brothers at the South End of Herriman and are still struggling to get their items prior to moving in addressed from 2 and a half years ago. Our neighbors across the street have water entering their basement and Toll Brothers has told them that is normal as it is a storage room and not a living area. Neighbors next to us have some of the masonry rocks falling off their house just after a year of occupying the house and were told by Toll Brothers its out of warranty and the Home Owners responsibility. We were also told by the Project Manager on the initial walk through that a couple of sections of concrete would be replaced due to being fractured. Toll Brothers now claims that is normal wear for concrete and considered spider webbing. The concrete has fractured in multiple spots, was pointed out prior to taking possession of the house but is now my responsibility as the home owner. The staff at the model home is terrible, their warranty department is terrible, the project managers have been terrible, we have witnessed Toll Brothers go through countless employees since we started the building process. For being a million dollar plus home I would have thought and expected a little better treatment. Definitely would not recommend Toll Brothers to anyone.
DO NOT TRUST ANYONE IN THIS COMPANYCurrently under contract and honestly by far the worst experience. I went through 2 different sales reps, construction manager and found Alcohol hidden in dangerous areas where it can cause fire.Concrete in the garage cracked after 1 month of them installing and in the building process since 4th quarter of 2022!Stay away and save yourself a headache!Beautiful homes but very cheap material being used in them. Let alone I’m spending $1.1M with them.
Beautiful custom homes and the staff member there was nice and friendly.The locations they are offering were limited right now. But it’s worth looking into. I went with another home builder because of location.
Building a house during COVID sounds like a horror story, but not with Toll. They were extremely professional, stayed true to their word throughout, communicated every single week with updates, and were upfront about what was happening throughout the process. It was much appreciated during such a crazy time. Not only did they get the build done with little delay, but it's high quality. This was not our first build and we can already tell the difference that they don't cut any corners. We've even had third parties come in for some services after we closed and they commented how they've had good experiences with Toll home opposed to some other builders around the valley. I would 100% recommend building with Toll, and possibly build with them again if we can ever part with our current house.
My wife and I couldn't have picked a better builder to purchase our home through. Not only does Toll Brothers build quality homes and offer standard options that most builders would consider upgrades, the process of picking out options and customizing the house to our own liking has been amazing! Our sales representative (Jill Blakley) and construction manager (Ken Jensen) have been attentive to our needs and helped respond to any of our questions in a timely manner. I can't imagine building our dream home through any other builder and would highly recommend Toll Brothers to those looking for a new home.
