Nicki helped us with the design of our home. She was such a pleasure to work with. She knew our taste and budget and made the whole process stress free and easy. We really love how everything came together.

When you think it couldn’t get better we met Bubba. His attention to detail can’t be beat. He plans and executes on time and makes sure it’s top quality. His communication skills are the best. We always knew what was going on in the process. No surprises.

Building a home during all the supply chain issues was a nightmare for many of our friends. Not with King Tide. They planned well ahead and eliminated any issues other builders had. We built our home while living in another state. This was never an issue. Totally loved working with Nicki and Bubba and highly recommend using them.

We worked with Bubba and Nicki Jacoby to build our “forever home”. From start to finish, it was an awesome experience. Nicki walked us through the architectural and design phase and helped us make wise decisions. She is extremely creative and a wealth of knowledge.

It’s gets no better than Bubba Jacoby. Nobody manages client expectations and the construction phase better than Bubba. Bubba is a perfectionist and he knows and demands quality work. He took the time to walk us through each phase of the construction process and listened to our input. He not only delivered an amazing house, but it was on time and on budget.

I have built 3 houses over the last 20 years and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we felt blessed to be able to work with them.
