Reviews
What customers say
Two customers praised the design experience; one especially valued the range of options and Liz's follow-up. One customer said design manager Crystal did not respond after documented concerns about vanity cabinetry and a patio door were raised. Another reported unresolved one-year warranty items and a driveway that eroded with sweeping or rain; the customer said Drees characterized the problem as cosmetic.

Mr. Cummings was a delight and true professional. He happened to be onsite, as one of the local management team members in Talia while I was visiting. The experience was truly exceptional, this is a beautiful home and high level quality. If you have the chance to see this brand, please do so! You will not regret it!

Hi
I had a very poor experience with Drees Design Dallas, specifically with the design manager, Crystal. When I escalated documented contradictions I received from her design team and the market manager regarding vanity cabinetry and the patio door, Crystal did not respond at all.
A complete lack of response from design leadership after issues are formally raised is unacceptable. Silence is not a resolution. It is rude, unprofessional, and shows a disregard for the customer, especially during a major financial purchase like a new home.
Clear communication could have resolved these issues quickly, but instead they were ignored. This experience significantly added to the stress of the build process and reflects poorly on Drees’ design leadership. I would not recommend working with this design team.

Our experience with Drees has been a journey. After 2 years of ownership, I can confidently say Drees Homes cares about quality and workmanship. We purchased and built during a peak time and it has taken time and persistent, factual & courteous communications on our end to find resolution to a few significant items throughout our ownership experience. Thank you, Drees Homes, for standing behind your words & promises. The resolutions you provided to address quality restored our trust in your brand. Great homes & good people. We LOVE our Drees Home!
