Right after we purchased a lot in Alhamra Valley community (Irving), my wife and I asked members in the community who built their custom homes. There were about 4-5 different custom home builders, and I e-mailed each builder to set up a meeting to discuss our future custom home. Hamra Homes were the first (and only) builder to respond to our e-mails. And they responded within 1 hour. To me, that showed their dedication to customer service. Br. Ansari and Br. Arif (Hamra Homes) cleared their schedules to meet us within 2 days. In the meeting, they outlined the entire construction process for our custom home. Br. Ansari gave us a tour of his house, which he built himself. His house was beautifully designed/built, and that was living proof of his builder capabilities. Subsequent to that, we worked with an architect to help us design our home. Hamra Homes guided us on various design elements, which have made a big difference/improvement in the construction of our home to date. Once we sent our final custom home design plans to Hamra Homes to review and give feedback, they responded with a detailed list of items to consider. Our experience with Hamra Homes has been great. They are also building more homes in the community, and we are excited to see them grow as a company. My wife and I would definitely recommend Hamra Homes to other community members.
