Dean Russell Custom Homes Inc.

We couldn't be happier with our experience building our new home, thanks to the exceptional work of Dean Russel Custom Homes and our incredible project manager, Kim. From the very first meeting to the final walk-through, our project manager, Kim demonstrated nothing short of excellence. His communication was always clear, timely, and reassuring—keeping us informed every step of the way. In a process that can often feel overwhelming, Kim made everything feel manageable and organized, always one step ahead and anticipating our needs. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care that Kim and the entire team brought to the project. Every aspect of our home was treated with the same level of dedication as if it were their own. Deadlines were met without compromise, and the quality of craftsmanship is evident in every corner of our new home. Thanks to Kim’s leadership and the company’s commitment to excellence, our home was not only completed on time, but it also exceeded our expectations in every way. We are deeply grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this team to anyone looking to build with confidence, clarity, and care.

We spent many months interviewing and studying local and regional general contractors and construction management firms and we are so incredibly grateful that we were able to find through a referral the most professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable firm in the Jacksonville area. Chase, Kim, Dean and the entire team took the project on as if it was their own home working to find that ever elusive balance of high quality but within a reasonable budget. The team remodeled our home in Neptune Beach and the results were stunning and better than we could have hoped for. Throughout the process we were informed and treated fairly and professionally. The team handled the inevitable unknowns uncovered in a remodel project with flexibility, ingenuity and expertise. We highly recommend the Dean Russell team and would entrust them with any project type.

We recently completed a large remodel and extension to our house. The entire process was seamless and went extremely well. Dean Russell and Kim Rose were excellent to work with and helped guide the design and finishes of the project. The quality of work by all crafts was excellent throughout the entire process. The subcontractors were all high quality individuals. Dean and Kim kept us informed of all items during all phases of the project. There were no surprises. Their communication with us was absolutely excellent, this along with the high quality of the work, made the outcome of the project beyond our expectation.
