Madok brings a strong knowledge of feasibility and budgeting, with an understanding of client expectations, which results in well executed homes that truly reflect the original design intent. They are detail oriented, organized on and off site, and great at working through challenges in a practical way. I confidently recommend Madok Developments to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality residential builder.

Madok Developments helped us with a renovation at our house and did an amazing job. They kept the timeline tight, the trades in correct order, along with ensuring the quality of work was top notch. Madok has a great team of people along with great relationships with the subtrades, which really helps any construction process to run smoothly.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Madok to build our custom home. From the very beginning, Murray and the team made the process seamless and stress-free. When we first reached out, all we knew was the location of where we wanted to build. Murray guided us through every step, starting with helping us purchase our lot, and then taking the reins to coordinate every detail, from initial vendor meetings to hiring and managing all the trades. The attention to detail and commitment to quality from the Madok team was second to none. Murray was always available—just a call or text away—and kept us updated throughout the build. They ensured everything was completed to the highest standard and met our expectations at every turn. We’ve been living in our home since March, and even months later, the exceptional support from Madok continues. Friends and family warned us about the challenges of building a home, but thanks to Murray, Kevin and Kara, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We can honestly say we didn’t have a single bad moment throughout the entire process—just positive, professional, and personalized service. The quality of our home speaks for itself, and it’s clear that Madok Developments takes immense pride in their work. A heartfelt thank you to Murray and the team for turning our vision into a reality. Choosing to work with Madok was one of the best decision we’ve made as a family, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to build their dream home.
